Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my pet?
While we love animals, pets are not allowed at the show.

 Are wheelchairs available?
Yes, a limited number of free wheelchairs are available.  When you arrive at the show, visit the Better Living Center Show Office located near door 7 to inquire about available wheelchairs.  A valid driver’s license or ID will be required.  We do not rent scooters or other motorized assistance vehicles.

 Are the buildings handicap accessible?
Yes.

 Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available at the show.  Ticket booths are located at the Better Living Center doors 4 and 8, the Young Building near door 2, and the Mallory Complex near door 13.

How much does it cost to park?
The Eastern States Exposition collects $5.00 per vehicle.

 Do you accept credit cards at the show?
No.  Tickets sales are CASH ONLY at the window.

Is there an ATM?
Yes, there is an ATM located outside door 8 at the Better Living Center.  If you need cash while inside the show, there are additional ATMs in the Young Building and the Mallory Complex.

What discounts do you offer?
Seniors, Military, and DAV can purchase a ticket for $7.00.  All others click HERE for a coupon to use at the ticket window.

 What age is considered a senior?
A senior is age 60 and older.

What seminars do you offer?
Please see WHAT’S HAPPENING for the seminar and entertainment schedule.

Children should come and join the fun! As a matter of fact, we even have a whole day dedicated to the kiddos! While mom or dad checks out our awesome booths, the little ones are invited to check out our kids’ entertainment, like the Shriner’s Clowns and even magicians!
